Shipping Policy

Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production starts at approval, not at first enquiry.

Express turnaround

Campaigns and events work to fixed dates, so tell us the date when you request the quote. We confirm in writing whether it is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Signs ship flat-packed by ground carrier, typically 2–5 business days in transit; large volume orders may ship on a pallet. Stakes ship bundled separately in the same consignment. Tracking is sent as soon as the shipment leaves.

Addresses and split shipments

Check the shipping address before approval — carriers charge to redirect in transit and we pass that through at cost. We can split a campaign order across multiple field offices; give us the breakdown when you order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a carton arrives damaged, send photos and we open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion.
