How we handle the information you share when you request a quote or place an order.
What we collect
When you request a quote we collect the name, email address, phone number, company or campaign name and project details you choose to give us, plus any artwork files you upload. When you order we also collect the billing and shipping details needed to produce and deliver it.
Our site records standard analytics such as pages viewed and approximate location, used only to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
To prepare your mockup and quote, produce and ship your order, answer questions, and send order updates. If you opt in we may send occasional product emails; every one has an unsubscribe link and opting out never affects your order.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information, and your artwork is used only to print the job you approved.
Service providers
We share information only with the providers needed to run the business — payment processing, shipping carriers, email delivery and website hosting.
Your choices
